Sports Team Slipper Socks (#8065)
Sports Team Slipper Socks were designed for my Nephew Steven, well basically for every Spartan fan. Steven, along with every member of my family are diehard Michigan State University (MSU) fans. Although I must admit, there is one that has gone over to the dark side; his blood does not run green, but blue. I am calling you out, Brandon! Lol…
Of course, every fabulous, fantastic, awesome and GREAT team have a few “Nemesis” fans and support the Wolverines :0 Dare I speak their name? Oh well, here goes…University of Michigan (UOM)!
Every family needs a healthy dose of competition from time to time especially during football season. So, each year when MSU plays UOM think of me…And let the games begin. May the better team (MSU) win! Go Spartans!!
I have yet to design a pair of slipper/socks for our UOM fan, Brandon. What do you think? Should I? OR better yet, I’ll leave that to another knitwear designer. 🙂
Let your socks speak for you! Knit in your favorite team’s colors, you can show your team spirit and be toasty warm at the same time. The pattern includes charts for both the large and small “S”. A few video tutorials are provided that the novice knitter may find helpful.
***I obtained the license to sell knitting patterns using the MSU colors, fonts etc for my patterns so it’s all good in that department. In fact, I must have the number in the description title on my Laws Of Knitting website. Surprisingly, I am a “By The Book” kind of girl. 🙂 Summing up…If you yourself are or you know someone checking out universities head on over and check out MSU! You just might enjoy being a Spartan ~ Michigan State University.
