Oliver’s Cabled Sweater
I designed Oliver’s Cabled Sweater for my Great-nephew Oliver. My Niece Adrian has four boys and makes sure all boys look dapper while attending Mass. Adrian only had a few preferences for Oliver’s sweater. She wanted the main color grey, a small trimming of white and the dominant feature to be cabling. The pattern before you is the end result of my brainstorming with cable stitch patterns and different shades of grey. Both Adrian and I are very pleased with the results. Also, you can see by Oliver’s happy face he is as well. I think if I look really close at his face, his shining blue eyes are saying “Thank you Aunt Joanie, I love it. You’re the best Aunt ever!!!!
