Chains Dishcloth
The Chains Dishcloth Pattern is worked up using the slip stitch technique. A few ladies on my Facebook page thought it was Fair Isle, therefore, I wanted to mention that it’s not Fair Isle but slip stitch. I chose to use three colors for my dishcloth but you could easily incorporate just 2 or many different colors; one for each chain for example. I love the “Happy” colors I chose; well colors I deem happy anyway. Other ideas may include colors of your flag (red, white, and blue for me), green and white for St. Patrick’s Day, or a pretty gold, silver, and blue for New Years. The color combos are unlimited for sure. Whatever color or colors you choose I am certain you will enjoy working this pattern.

The Chains Dishcloth Pattern holds a special happy place in my heart…Here’s why ~
This particular dishcloth, Chains, always makes me smile. Just about every time I knit up a Chains dishcloth I inevitably end up watching the movie, Michael. Please don’t tell me you haven’t seen this movie! It’s one of my faves. The movie aired in 1996 and stars John Travolta, William Hurt, Robert Pastorelli, and Andie MacDowell. Seriously, after you download this pattern you must pop some corn, grab a coke (or whatever), cast on, and start the movie. I guarantee an awesome time.
Materials I used:
Lily/Sugar’n Cream; 100% Cotton. 120yrds/70.9g.
